I like how you focused on the location and better service as a major indicator of why your coffee shop would be great. Anyone who has to drive twenty minutes in the wrong direction for a coffee could absolutely relate to this. You could build on this idea of convince. You could add the benefit, such as it has two drive throughs or more employees for quicker service. I think your pitch was well memorized with good eye contact. I may would add a little to it but I like how you got to the point and was very clear about your service.
