Top Resource:
The location of this coffee shop is my top resource. This location is rare and heavily travelled by people that I’m sure will want to stop and grab a cup before heading to work daily.
Hey Chris,
ReplyDeletelocation is key. I can see from your VRIN analyses that your location is the single-most important thing that will contribute to the success of your company. You could perhaps, begin to scout other growing areas, and find prime locations in new areas to build your coffeeshop in. This way, you can mark dominance in the area and make it harder for new coffeeshops to try to compete with you.
